What is the Startup Programme?
Opagio offers two special programmes for early-stage companies. The Founder programme is completely free for companies that have not yet raised any investment — we just need an official certificate of incorporation and a declaration of no equity funding. The Pre-Seed programme is £99/month for funded businesses within two years of incorporation that have raised under £500k. Both require evidence to qualify and are available to companies registered in any jurisdiction.
How long does Startup Programme eligibility last?
Founder access lasts until you close your first funding round, at which point you transition to the Pre-Seed programme (£99/month) or a standard plan. Pre-Seed tier pricing lasts for 24 months from approval, regardless of subsequent funding rounds. When it expires you move to the Starter tier with a 20% loyalty discount (£399/month) for your first 12 months.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and your new pricing takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Company and Investor plans are separate products — contact us if you need both.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. All plans offer a 15% discount when billed annually. Annual plans are billed upfront or quarterly. Investor plans require a 12-month minimum commitment.
What data do I need to get started?
We work with your existing financial data, management accounts and investment records. Founder, Pre-Seed and Starter plans are self-service; Growth and above include guided onboarding where our team handles data integration.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Growth and Scale plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. All payments are processed securely with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Is there a setup fee?
No. All plans are self-service with no setup fees. You can start using the platform immediately after subscribing.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans save 15% compared to monthly billing. Toggle the billing switch above to see annual pricing. Fund and Multi-Fund plans require a 12-month minimum commitment.
What is your uptime commitment?
We target 99.9% uptime. Our platform is hosted on Google Cloud with automatic scaling and redundancy across multiple regions.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
