The Seed tier is designed for pre-seed and seed-stage startups raising £250K–£2M. It provides productivity analysis, intangibles identification and 2 basic valuation reports per year at just £99/month — giving founders the evidence they need for their next fundraise. You need to provide evidence of your funding round (term sheet, investor letter, Companies House filing or accelerator enrolment) to qualify.
Seed tier pricing lasts for 24 months from approval, regardless of subsequent funding rounds. When it expires you move to the Starter tier with a 20% loyalty discount (£399/month) for your first 12 months.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and your new pricing takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Company and Investor plans are separate products — contact us if you need both.
Yes. All plans offer a 15% discount when billed annually. Annual plans are billed upfront or quarterly. Investor plans require a 12-month minimum commitment.
We work with your existing financial data, management accounts and investment records. Starter and Seed plans are self-service; Growth and above include guided onboarding where our team handles data integration.
