Brand Pack
For journalists, partners, conference organisers, and anyone using the Opagio brand externally. Canonical logos, colour palette, typography, trademark guidance, and a press contact.
Welcome. The rules are simple. Use the canonical logos below. Don't recolour them. Don't stretch them. Give the marks room to breathe. Use the trademark symbols on first mention. If in doubt, email press@opag.io and we'll send you exactly what you need.
1. About Opagio
Pre-cleared boilerplate for "About Opagio" sections, lift directly:

Investor-ready, lender-friendly, audit-defensible.
Long (140 words)
Opagio is the intangibles platform for ambitious companies, their advisors, and their lenders. Founded in 2020 and built on a UK patent-pending methodology — The Opagio 12™ — Opagio measures, scores, and values the twelve intangible value drivers that determine modern enterprise value but that traditional accounting cannot see. The platform produces an auditable Opagio Value Drivers Register™ for every company, applies four IVS-aligned valuation methods (RFR, MPEEM, With & Without, Cost), and delivers a defensible valuation that can be put in front of investors, lenders, and acquirers. Opagio works with founders, CFOs, accountants, PE search funds, and IP-backed lending banks across the UK, US, Canada, Australia, and Ireland. The company is headquartered in London and is led by founder Ivan Gowan and a team of valuation, finance, and AI specialists.
2. Logo downloads
The Opagio logo is a four-colour circular mark plus an "Opagio" wordmark in Inter Bold. The mark colours are fixed (see section 6). The wordmark comes in three colour variants by context.
SVG — preferred (vector, infinitely scalable)
PNG — for raster-only contexts
| Variant | 200 px | 300 px | 600 px |
|---|---|---|---|
| Navy wordmark | 200 | 300 | 600 |
| White wordmark | — | 300 | 600 |
| Orange wordmark | 200 | 300 | 600 |
Need a different size, format, or background colour? Email press@opag.io — we'll turn it around inside a working day.
3. Clearspace
Give the logo room to breathe. The minimum clearspace on all sides is equal to the height of the "O" in the wordmark (or the radius of the mark, whichever is greater). Do not place any other element — text, image, ruled border, partner logo, headline — inside that clearspace.
4. Minimum size
| Format | Minimum width |
|---|---|
| Wordmark logo on screen | 100 px |
| Wordmark logo in print | 25 mm |
| Mark only on screen | 24 px |
| Mark only in print | 8 mm |
Below these sizes the wordmark becomes unreadable and the four-colour mark loses its rhythm. Use the mark-only variant if you need to go smaller.
5. Backgrounds
| Background | Variant to use |
|---|---|
| White, cream, light grey, light tints up to ~20% saturation | Navy wordmark |
| Charcoal, black, dark navy, dark photography, any background ≥60% darkness | White wordmark |
| Mid-tone or photographic backgrounds where neither navy nor white reads cleanly | Place the logo on a solid block (charcoal block + white wordmark, or cream block + navy wordmark) |
The mark's four colours are fixed in every variant — they do not change for background.
6. Colour palette
These are the only colours used in the Opagio identity. Please don't introduce others when working with our brand.
Mark colours (fixed)
Wordmark colours
Supporting neutrals
| Use | Name | Hex |
|---|---|---|
| Body copy | Charcoal | #141413 |
| Muted / secondary | Charcoal Light | #5C5C5A |
| Warm cream background | Cream | #FAF9F5 |

7. Typography
Opagio uses Inter as its sole typeface across every touchpoint — website, platform, documents, decks. Inter is free, open-source, and available at rsms.me/inter.
| Role | Weight |
|---|---|
| Headlines, the wordmark | Inter Bold (700) |
| Subheads, navigation, callouts | Inter SemiBold (600) |
| Body, captions, fine print | Inter Regular (400) |
If you cannot use Inter, fall back in this order: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, "Segoe UI", Roboto, sans-serif. Never substitute a different serif or display face.
8. Do / Don't
Do
- Use the canonical logo files supplied above.
- Maintain the clearspace and minimum size rules.
- Pick the wordmark variant that suits the background.
- Use the trademark symbols on first prominent mention (see section 9).
- Email press@opag.io for custom variants — we'd rather make one for you than have you improvise.
Don't
- Recolour the mark — the four colours are fixed.
- Recolour the wordmark outside the three approved variants.
- Stretch, compress, rotate, skew, or apply perspective.
- Crop the mark or use only some of the quadrants.
- Add drop shadows, glows, bevels, outlines, 3D, or filters.
- Redraw the mark or wordmark from scratch.
- Add taglines, version numbers, or department names inside the lockup.
- Place the logo on visually busy backgrounds without a solid colour block behind it.
- Use the legacy logo (pre-May 2026 design with white separator cross and dark ring).
9. Trademarks & registered design
Opagio's intellectual property includes registered and pending trademarks plus a registered design. Please use the appropriate symbols on first prominent mention.
Registered & pending trademarks
| Mark | Symbol | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Opagio 12 | ™ | Pending UK trademark (filed 29 March 2026, classes 9 / 35 / 42, registration expected mid-2026). In running text, the brand is "The Opagio 12™" — the word "The" sits outside the mark. After registration, the ™ symbol will change to ®. |
| Opagio Value Drivers | ™ | Pending UK trademark. The full formal name on first mention is "Opagio Value Drivers Register™". Subsequent mentions can be shortened to "Value Drivers Register" (no symbol, no "Opagio" prefix needed). |
| The Opagio Method | ™ | Pending UK trademark. The word "The" is part of this mark — always include it. |
| Opagio (the company name) | (none) | Use as a normal proper noun. The four-colour mark and wordmark are protected separately under the registered design and trademark portfolio. |
Registered design
UK Registered Design 6518475 protects the visual appearance of the radar-chart visualisation that displays the twelve value drivers. This design must not be reproduced in derivative material without permission.
Usage examples
✓ "Opagio's flagship framework, The Opagio 12™, scores companies across twelve intangible value drivers. The Opagio 12 categories include brand, customer capital, and human capital." (™ on first prominent mention; subsequent uses are plain.)
✓ "The platform produces an auditable Opagio Value Drivers Register™ for every company. The Register is updated continuously as the company's intangibles evolve."
✓ "Opagio applies The Opagio Method™ — a five-step process: Discover → Assess → Value → Position → Optimise."
× "the opagio 12" (lower-case — proper noun)
× "Opagio's 12 Value Drivers" (drops the protected brand name — say "The Opagio 12™" instead)
× "The Opagio Method" without ™ on first mention, or "the Opagio method" lower-case.
Editorial accommodations
We understand house style varies. If your publication does not use trademark symbols in body copy as a matter of policy, please:
- Include the symbol on the first prominent mention (headline, H1, or first paragraph), or
- Add a trademark statement in your colophon, footer, or "About Opagio" boilerplate — e.g. "Opagio, The Opagio 12, Opagio Value Drivers Register and The Opagio Method are trademarks of Opagio Ltd."
We will never object to good-faith editorial coverage. If you're unsure, email press@opag.io with the article draft and we'll confirm.
10. Embeds & screenshots
You're welcome to take screenshots of the Opagio platform, the website, and the calculators for editorial coverage. Two requests:
- Don't blur or alter financial figures shown in our example/demo data — they are illustrative and clearly labelled as such, so altering them risks misrepresenting the product.
- Caption the screenshot with "Source: Opagio" or "Screenshot: opag.io" so readers can find their way back.
For demo videos or moving image, please email press@opag.io for access to broadcast-quality assets.
