What You Need to Apply
Founder Tier
Official certificate of incorporation or equivalent registration document (< 24 months old) and a signed declaration that no equity investment has been received.
Pre-Seed Tier
Certificate of incorporation or equivalent (< 24 months old) and evidence of funding under £500k (term sheet, investor letter, share allotment filing, or accelerator enrolment letter).
