Business Model
A business model is the framework an organisation sets to define the internal and external working relationships of its operating components.. The purpose is to identify the methods and processes by which an enterprise can sustain itself and create economic, social, and/or other forms of value from its position in the value chain. Informal and formal descriptions for analysing core aspects of a business model may include purpose, offerings, strategies, infrastructure, organizational structures, trading practices, operational processes, and policies.
